DSCC drops $600,000 into Maine U.S. Senate race

For anyone still questioning the polls showing the race for US Senate in Maine getting closer, the Democratic Sentorial Campaign Committee just purchased $600,000 worth of advertising in Maine. The buy starts Monday and goes through Election Day with $450,000 for the Portland market and $150,000 for Bangor. Add this to the $500,000 Americans Elect purchased yesterday in favor of Governor Angus King and you can rest assured the polling we have seen showing this race in single digits must be accurate.

No indication yet if the latest air time purchased is in support of Angus King or Cynthia Dill, or whether it continues the attacks Charlie Summers.
