Was the dem victory in SD19 a slap in the face of Gov. LePage?

Our Political Analysts Ethan Strimling and Phil Harriman stopped in on the MORNING REPORT on WCSH6/WLBZ2 to talk about the outcome of the District 19 special election. Democrat Eloise Vitelli won the special election for the seat formerly held by Senate Majority Leader Seth Goodall, who resigned to take a new job. Phil and Ethan discuss the impact this has on control of the legislature and whether it was a referendum on Governor LePage.

They also talked about new polling results involving the major Gubernatorial candidates by Public Policy Polling of North Carolina. They surveyed 953 Mainers over the weekend and the results showed Michaud at 39%, LePage at 35%, and Cutler at 18%. What do these numbers mean? Who is celebrating and who is worrying?
